Terry Sager
Field Operations Manager
Terry reached 10 years of service with PWD in September 2016. Besides sales, Terry gives oversight and management to our remodeling and replacement projects. His 30+ years of construction experience combined with his communication skills helps clients to achieve even the loftiest of goals.
Brian Burke
Outside Sales
Brian joined the team in December of 2011. His 38+ years in the building industry combined with his extensive knowledge of the Andersen product line brings value to builders and home owners alike.
Adam Gilkeson
Outside Sales / Service
Adam reached his 10 years of service in June of 2017. Adam's experience makes him a valuable asset to builders and home owners on every project. Adam is also our certified Andersen DSN.
Paul Schultz
Sales / Installation Supervisor
Paul celebrated his 10 year anniversary with PWD in February of 2018. In addition to outside sales Paul supervises and manages our installation crews.
Thomas Carrier
Showroom Coordinator
Thomas joined the team in September of 2018. Thomas works with our outside sales team in a support role by quoting and coordinating deliveries. He also manages our warranty and field service.

Construction Coordinator
Steve joined our team in 2018.

Carpenters Assistant
Jeremy joined PWD in February 2019.
Scott Spicer
Lead Installer
Scott is one of our Lead Installers and joined the team in 2016. Scott has completed the Pro Via Installer Certification Program.
Cody Braham
Installer
Cody joined our installation crew in February of 2019.
Randal Lambert
Installer / Delivery
Randal joined PWD in March 2018. Randal's primary duty is window and door installation however he also performs most of our new construction deliveries.

Dena Rodgers
Owner/Accounting
You won’t find Dena in the office every day, but you will find her exquisite talent for interior design the moment you walk in. Not only does she keep our showroom and offices looking fabulous, she is also our Human Resources liaison and preforms a variety of other accounting duties. Her hospitality leaves a lasting impression on all our visitors.
Dale Rodgers
Owner/President
Dale founded the business in 1990 and his main focus is on the financial aspects of running PWD.
